This cottage has now been let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy and will not be available for holiday let in the near future.

Weekly Breaks - Our cottage is available all year round and is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposits - A deposit of £110 per week is payable in advance. 

Linen - Linen is not supplied, but can be arranged for a small charge of £6 per person. For this the beds are made up and towels and tea towels supplied.

Fuel - Coal is supplied for the open fire in the lounge which has a back boiler which heats the water, although there is an immersion heater if required. There are night storage heaters in the main bedrooms and a warm air heater in the kitchen.

Electricity - On arrival the electricity meter is read and the first £5 is free. On departure the meter is read again and any balance is then payable. It is a white meter with the daily rate charged at 8p per therm and the night rate at 3p.

Dogs - Well behaved dogs are welcome. They are charged at £10 per week per pet.. Dog owners are requested to clean messes up after their pets in the garden and to dry wet animals before they enter the cottage.

Booking Form - If you have confirmed availability and verbally arranged a provisional booking, your booking must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible and sent to me along with your deposit/payment. A booking form can be printed off by selecting one of the options below. The Adobe Acrobat form requires commonly used software.
