BOOKING FORM I wish to make a booking (or confirm my telephone conversation of ....................... making a booking) for holiday purposes at Bay Cottage in accordance with the Booking Conditions and enclose my cheque for the deposit of £110 or Full Payment of £................... payable to:- I understand that this deposit is non-returnable and that the balance
becomes due 6 weeks prior to holiday start. No request will be sent and if
balance is not received in time the booking will be assumed to be

Booking Conditions. 1. The Owner has the right to enter the house at any reasonable time for the purpose of essential inspection, repair work,etc. 2. CHARGES: Except where noted there will be no additional charges or costs for V.A.T., television coal or logs. In the following instances there will be charges: (a) Bay Cottage accommodates up to 6 persons. This number may not be exceeded without written permission. In specific situations it may be possible to accommodate extra, and in such cases a charge is made of £30 per week per extra person. No subletting is permitted. (b) When excessive fuel or electricity is consumed, owners reserve the right to make a charge. Tenants are expected to use fuel and electricity as they would in their own home, i.e. by switching off appliances which are not required, by turning off the heating in warm weather, and by keeping windows closed in cool weather. Tenants are allowed £5 per week electricity. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and charged at current daily and night storage rates. (c) Breakages, Loss or Damage. Tenants should report any deficiency which they notice on arrival, and any which occur during their visit. Where appropriate, tenants will be liable to pay the replacement cost of the item broken, lost or damaged. (d) The house and garden will be in a clean condition on your arrival, and tenants are requested to leave it in like condition. (e) When tenants overstay their departure time. Time is required between tenancies in order to check the house before the next tenants arrive. Occupation of the house will be given at 4.00p.m. on the first day of the let. The house must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of the let. The right is reserved to charge for an extra day if tenants have not left by the time stated or if tenants arrive before 4.00 p.m. on the first day of the let. (f) Well behaved dogs are welcome.
